Terms & Conditions

By enrolling, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before joining.

  • Membership is valid for the duration of the selected plan.
  • Membership is strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at enrollment.
  • The library reserves the right to cancel membership in case of misconduct.
  • Renewal must be completed before the expiry date to avoid seat reallocation.
  • Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A member must occupy their reserved seat within 30 minutes or it may be released.
  • Saving seats for others or reserving multiple seats is strictly prohibited.
  • Walk-in access without booking is permitted only if seats are available.
  • Absolute silence must be maintained inside the reading hall at all times.
  • Mobile phones must be on silent. Calls must be taken outside the premises.
  • No food inside; only sealed water bottles are permitted.
  • Littering, vandalism, or harassment will result in immediate membership termination.
  • Modest and appropriate attire is expected at all times.
  • Each member is allocated one personal locker for the duration of their membership.
  • The library is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Lockers must be cleared upon expiry or cancellation of membership.
  • Storing food, liquids, or prohibited materials inside lockers is not allowed.
  • WiFi is provided exclusively for academic and study-related use.
  • Streaming movies or accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  • Charging sockets are for personal devices only. No power strips permitted.
  • Misuse of library equipment will attract penalty charges.
  • All membership fees are to be paid in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
  • The free demo session is available once per individual only.
  • Fee revisions are notified with a minimum of 15 days' prior notice.
  • The premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for safety.
  • By enrolling, members consent to being recorded within the library premises.
  • CCTV footage is confidential and reviewed only for security incidents.
  • Personal data is used solely for library operations and not shared with third parties.
  • Library hours are 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week.
  • Entry after closing time will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  • Members must log entry and exit using the biometric or QR-based system.
  • Guests or visitors are not permitted inside the study area at any time.

The management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the library constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
